The hotel's location near the market is a great advantage, allowing guests to easily access a variety of shops and dining options. the hotel staff is friendly and accommodating, going above and beyond to make guests feel comfortable and valued. the spacious and well-lit rooms provide a comfortable stay.
Language barriers may pose a challenge as the staff's English language skills are limited.

The room was tidy with a comfortable bed. It's okay if you're just staying for a few days and know your way around so you can direct taxis to anywhere you want to go.
Besides the comfortable bed. everything else was pretty rediculous. The staff don't speak English, the restaurant is quite bad, the room is only okay for one person, there is not a lot of space to move. There are also barely any facilities- no pool, spa, sauna etc, no Chinese massage unlike many of the other hotels, there is not much around like restaurnats, or any other entertainment.

A supermarket and a market were very close to the hotel. The entire experience was good! The vegetarian breakfast suits us well. The location was easy walk to the main attractions in Guangzhou, like huacheng square.

The hotel was conveniently located and provided easy access to nearby markets and supermarkets. The bed was very comfortable and the room was clean. The staff was very helpful and accommodating to any requests.
The breakfast options were limited and not suitable for western guests. The internet access was poor and unreliable, making it difficult to stay connected during a business trip.

Location was very near to Canton Fair, 3,9km. Shopping places were quite near to hotel, but the biggest shopping market were few km away. Hotel room was very clean, blankets and several pillows very nice, but the mattress were hard, like usually in China. Some of hotel workers spoke english well.

Room are clean hotel is very quite (above all if you don't have windows....) very close to fair but without any shop or service around, neither underground
Staff completely unable to speak english, (only 1 or 2 of them), breakfast with neither jam and very low quality, it is not true all room have park view, mostly are without windows or facing inside building (maybe more than a half), bad smell in the rooms, signs only in chinese, it is not true minibar in the room, shuttle bus not available at schedule time, internet works very bad, you can find tea/Coffee Maker, tv broadcasts only chinese channels but you have to pay for the tea bag!! Terrible value to yr money.. If u choose this hotel... Good luck!

The hotel is conveniently located near popular areas of the city, making it easy to access different attractions. there are nearby convenience stores and markets that provide guests with a range of options for their daily needs. the hotel staff are friendly and offer good customer service.
The hotel could benefit from improved air quality in the rooms as guests have reported issues with aircon recycling. there is no laundry service, which is slightly inconvenient for longer stays.

Friendly and English speaking staff and helpful also. On the way from the train station from Hong Kong, because the taxi driver didn't knew the hotel I called and they explained him the way to their hotel. The rooms are clean, modern and comfortable. The location is also very good. They offer very good coffee for breakfast.
The choice at the breakfast buffet is quite small.

The staff here is incredibly cheerful and helpful. From the rapid response to my immediate demands to the excellent porter service, they made me feel welcome and well taken care of. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a spacious closet, good lighting, and an excellent desk work space. The bed was super comfortable, on par with high-end hotels, and the large fluffy bath towels were a nice touch. Additionally, the location was very convenient, close to the market and easy to find transportation. this hotel exceeded my expectations in terms of cleanliness, facilities, transportation, and location near the market.
Nothing not to love.

Decor is decent. Room was a good size and bathroom is nice.
There was no wi-fi in room despite advertising there is. Some foreign cable channels would be good. Breakfast was poor and could do with a mini-bar in room.
